"Feels Like Home" by Edwina Hayes - Acoustic cover

Here's our acoustic cover of "Feels Like Home" by Edwina Hayes.

Edwina Hayes released her version of "Feels Like Home" (originally written by Randy Newman), in June of 2008 on Dramatico Records. The song was produced by Gerry O'Beirne and recorded at the Real World Studios in Wiltshire, England and was included on the soundtrack to the 2009 film "My Sister's Keeper".

Released as a single "Feels Like Home" was met with both commercial and critical success charting in the top 50 of the British Singles Chart and was certified gold in the UK while also winning Hayes the award for Best Song at the 2009 UK Americana Music Awards.

The song has been released by several notable artist, including Randy Newman himself, Chantal Kreviazuk, Blake Shelton, and Bonnie Raitt. These versions were all met with both commercial success and critical acclaim, most notably Blake Shelton's version of the song which reached number one on the US Country Airplay chart in February of 2018.
